Why can't I work on adapters when I have organization permissions?

A: Adapters are related to properties, which are in turn related to organizations. However permissions applied to organizations do not cascade to the property level. Therefore users need to be explicitly granted adapter-related permissions at the property level (e.g. edit adapters) in order to have rights to this part of the system. This also means users who should have access to multiple properties within an organization will need to be added to each property in order to work within it.
