Why can't I see my transactions?

A: If you are unable to see transactions for an adapter, you first need to ensure that you have property permission to review transactions.

Next, if you can see the transaction area for the adapter but no new transactions are being generated you should check to see that Transaction Logging is enabled for the adapter.






You can change this option by clicking Settings next to the name of the adapter on the main adapter page.

If you are still unable to see transactions coming in, you can simply paste the adapter URL in your browser and try to reach it. It is likely that the transaction will error but you should at least see that logging is happening as expected in which case you should then investigate the system originating the request.
